Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Krutio ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Krutio for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.
What Krutio does
Krutio is a research and productivity tool for online stores. Its AI agents analyse publicly available advertising and store data to suggest products, explain why they look promising, write product pages and, if you connect your store, send those pages to Shopify as drafts.
Krutio is currently in beta. Features may change, and new accounts are activated by our team.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account per person. Do not share access or resell the service without our written agreement.
- Tell us at contact@krutio.com if you think your account was used without your permission.
Credits and plans
Paid features use credits. Plans and prices are agreed with you by offer. How credits work, when they expire and when they are returned is explained in the Credits & refunds policy, which is part of these Terms.
Fair use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use Krutio for products that are illegal, unsafe or that require authorisation you don't have;
- copy, republish or present as your own the ads, videos, images or texts of other companies that Krutio shows for research. They belong to their owners and are shown only to help you understand the market;
- scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or try to get around the limits and security of the service;
- use Krutio to send spam or to mislead customers (for example fake reviews, false health claims or invented sales figures).
Your Shopify store
When you connect a Shopify store you allow Krutio to read the information needed to write pages in your store's format (product fields, existing products, language) and to create or update draft products. Krutio never publishes a product for you and never changes a product that is already live. You decide what goes live and you are responsible for the content you publish, its prices and its legal compliance. You can disconnect your store at any time in Settings.
AI results
Scores, recommendations, texts and images are produced automatically from data that may be incomplete or out of date. They are estimates, not guarantees of sales or profit. Check every text, claim and price before you use it, especially for health, safety or legal claims. Any decision to buy stock, run ads or sell a product is yours.
Third-party data and services
Krutio uses public data (for example ad libraries and public store pages) and services from other companies. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data or for third-party services, including Shopify. Their own terms also apply.
Availability
We work to keep Krutio running and secure, but during the beta we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or stop features, and we will tell you in advance about important changes where we can.
Intellectual property
Krutio, its software, design and brand belong to us. You keep the rights to the content you give us. The pages and texts generated for you can be used freely in your business, subject to the fair-use rules above.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Krutio is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Krutio and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For important changes we will tell you by e-mail or in the app before they apply. If you keep using Krutio after that, the new Terms apply.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. We will first try to solve any problem amicably: write to us at contact@krutio.com. If that does not work, disputes go to the competent courts in Romania. This does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your EU country of residence.
